This article details all the filters available to use on widgets.
They are divided into several different sections. Different widgets will have a different selection of these sections available to filter on.

Use the chart options filters to configure how the data in the chart is displayed.
Choose how the chart will be displayed, from:

Choose how many data series appear on the chart, and what each series represents. Pick from:
Use the intervals filter to pick the date ranges displayed, and how the dates are broken down.
Choose what kind of date to filter on, from:
Accounting widgets have the following options:
|Inherit from dashboard||Select whether to inherit the date range from the dashboard filters or not.|
(Only if Inherit from dashboard = Yes)
Choose the offset from the dashboard date, from:

Choose the date range to filter the widget on, from:
Start / End date
|Choose the start and end dates of the period.|
|Increment / Time unit

Choose the increment size of each data point. The increment must be a positive whole number.
For time unit, choose from:

Choose how to define the prior period, from:
Use the order filters to choose which orders are included in the displayed widget.
|Cancelled order||Choose whether to include cancelled orders in the data.|
|Cancelled credit||Choose whether to include cancelled credits in the data.|
Choose which order channels to include in the data.
Note that if any channels are selected on the dashboard filters, the widget will only display the channels selected in both filters.
|Lead source||Choose orders assigned a particular lead source or set of lead sources.|
|Project||Choose orders assigned to a particular project or set of projects.|
|Order status||Choose orders belonging to a specific status or set of statuses.|

|Price list||Choose orders assigned a particular price list or set of price lists.|
|Invoiced||Choose whether to display only invoiced orders or not.|
|Season||Choose orders assigned a particular season or set of seasons.|
|Shipping country||Choose orders with a particular delivery country or set of delivery countries.|
|Created by||Choose orders created by a particular staff member or set of staff members.|
|Assigned to||Choose orders assigned to a particular staff member or set of staff members.|
|Team||Choose orders assigned to a particular team or set of teams.|
|Shipping method||Choose orders assigned a particular shipping method or set of shipping methods.|
|Warehouse||Choose orders assigned to a particular warehouse or set of warehouses.|
Choose to display orders which have a particular payment status or set of payment statuses:
|Billing country||Choose orders with a particular billing country or set of billing countries.|
Use the sale filters to filter on attributes specific to sales orders.
Pick the sales' allocation status(es):

Use the purchase filters to filter on attributes specific to purchase orders.
|Vendor (supplier)||Choose to view only purchases from a specific vendor.|
|Drop-ship||Choose purchase orders based on whether they're a drop-ship purchase order.|
Choose purchase orders based on the status of the inventory on the order. Pick from:
Use the contact filters to restrict what contacts are displayed, or what orders are displayed on the basis of their associated contact.
|Search||Search for specific contacts.|
|Trade status||Choose to display results for contacts with a specific trade status.|
|Tags||Choose to display results for contacts with a specific tag, or set of tags.|
|Status||Choose to display results for contacts with a specific contact status, or set of contact statuses.|
|Lead source||Choose to display results for contacts assigned a specific lead source, or set of lead sources.|
|Created by||Choose to display results for contacts created by a specific staff member, or set of staff members.|
|Owner||Choose to display results for contacts owned by a specific staff member, or set of staff members.|
|Price list||Choose to display results for contacts assigned a particular price list, or set of price lists.|
|Country||Choose to display results for contacts whose default addresses are in a specific country, or set of countries.|
|Team||Choose to display results for contacts assigned to a specific team or set of teams.|
Choose to display results for contacts of a particular type. Pick between:
Use product filters to limit results based on product attributes.
|Name/SKU||Search for specific products to display.|
|Product type||Choose products based on their product type.|
|Brand||Choose products based on their brand.|
|Category||Choose products based on their category.|
|Option||Choose products which have a specific option.|

|Choose products which have a specific option value.|
Choose or restrict products based on their status. Pick from:
|Vendor||Choose products with particular vendors selected.|
|Season||Choose products assigned to particular seasons.|
|Reporting category||Choose products based on their reporting categories.|
|Reporting subcategory||Choose products based on their reporting subcategories.|
|Stock tracked||Choose products based on whether or not they are stock tracked.|
Use journal filters in accounting widgets to determine which journals should be included in the displayed data.
|Channel||Filter journals based on the channels in their journal assignments.|
|Lead source||Filter journals based on the lead source in their journal assignments.|
|Project||Filter journals based on the project in their journal assignments.|
Use ticket filters in ticket widgets to choose which tickets to include in the displayed data.
|Created by||Filter tickets based on the staff member who created the ticket.|
|Owner||Filter tickets based on the staff who owns the ticket.|
|Status||Choose tickets to include in the data based on their ticket status.|
|Category||Choose tickets to include in the data based on their ticket category.|
|Closed||Choose whether or not to include closed tickets in the data.|
The Sales, Purchase and Contact filters also allow you to add filters for custom fields.
To add a custom field filter, click "Show custom fields" in the relevant section:
