There are two stages to signing in:
- Entering your account ID
- Entering your username and password
The first stage requires you to enter your account ID and click "Sign in". Upon doing so you’ll be taken straight to your sign in screen.
What is my account ID?
Your account ID is assigned when you first sign up with Brightpearl. It's a unique ID and is used only when logging in and when contacting Brightpearl about your account - for example, when raising a ticket with Brightpearl Support.
If you cannot remember your account ID please contact our Support team firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change my account ID?
No, it is not possible to change your account ID.
Username and password
To sign in you'll need your email address and password.
The email address is associated with your Brightpearl staff account, and you would have set up your password when added as a new staff member or if prompted to change it by the system.
After entering your username and password, you will be logged into Brightpearl.
When a staff member is added to the system, they will be emailed a link they can use to set their password.
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgotten your password? link to request a password reset. Brightpearl will send you an automated email with a link allowing you to reset your password.
You can set passwords to be more secure and expire at regular intervals at Settings > Company > Account security.
Signing out of Brightpearl
To sign out, click on your username at the top of any page in the application and click Log out.
You will also be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
