If your customers or vendors operate in a different language to your core staff, you can set up templates to use for those customers or vendors.
For example, you could create a copy of your templates as "Quote - Español" and "Invoice - Español".
You can then design the template in the second language.
When it comes to the product table, you can use custom columns to label the columns on the product table appropriately.
Choose which template to use when sending your documents. There are a few different ways you might want to do it:
- Manually choose the template at the point of emailing
- If the language difference applies to all orders on a channel, set your channel branding to use the different language templates
