POS | How to search for a customer using their loyalty reference

You may need to add a customer to the basket using their loyalty card reference number. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. From the basket, tap on “Add customer profile” and select the “Loyalty” tab.
  2. In the search area, either type the loyalty card reference number or scan the loyalty card (making sure the cursor is in the search box).
  3. POS will then search for and display the profile with this loyalty reference.

  4. Once you tap on the customer, they are added to the basket. Both their Brightpearl and Voucherify/loyalty profiles are now loaded.
  5. You can also search for the customer’s Brightpearl data as per the existing process by tapping on "profile" and entering, for example, their postcode.

  6. The same customer details along with their Voucherify/loyalty profile is added to the basket.
