You may need to add a customer to the basket using their loyalty card reference number. To do so, follow these steps:
- From the basket, tap on “Add customer profile” and select the “Loyalty” tab.
- In the search area, either type the loyalty card reference number or scan the loyalty card (making sure the cursor is in the search box).
- POS will then search for and display the profile with this loyalty reference.
- Once you tap on the customer, they are added to the basket. Both their Brightpearl and Voucherify/loyalty profiles are now loaded.
- You can also search for the customer’s Brightpearl data as per the existing process by tapping on "profile" and entering, for example, their postcode.
- The same customer details along with their Voucherify/loyalty profile is added to the basket.
