- Tap on “Add customer profile” and select the “Loyalty” tab.
- In the search area, type the loyalty card reference number or make sure the cursor is placed there and scan the loyalty card.
- POS searches and displays the profile with this loyalty reference.
- Once you select the customer, they are added to the basket. Both their Brightpearl and Voucherify/Loyalty profiles are now loaded.
- You can also search for the customer’s Brightpearl data as per the existing process by entering for example their postcode at the first tab, “Profile”.
- The same customer details along with their Voucherify/Loyalty profile is added to the basket.
