A full order cancellation can be triggered from Brightpearl as an order status change.
The cancelled order status in Brightpearl should be mapped to the cancelled order status in BigCommerce.
BigCommerce does not support line item refunds or cancellations, so when a customer wants to remove a specific item from an order, one of the following methods can be used:
- Cancel the original order and place a new one
- Edit the ordered items in Brightpearl. Grant a credit in BigCommerce or refund the difference via Brightpearl Payments.
