This is where you will be able to find out more details about the features we talk about in our release notes.
We will continuously be updating this page with any new features added to Brightpearl Payments.
May 2018 | Partial payments via "Pay now" links
Brightpearl payments enables you to add ‘click here to pay now’ links onto any of your Brightpearl templates, which you can then send on to your customers for them to pay you remotely. If you wish to allow them, your customers will now be able to make part payments and multiple payments against a single invoice. We've left this option deactivated by default so to begin using it you will need to enable is within the gateway settings.
March 2018 | New Paypal Business integration and cross-order payment links
We released Brightpearl Payments as a successor to our individual payment gateway connectors following feedback from our customers, adding more features, and improving security. Brightpearl Payments embeds payment gateways directly into Brightpearl which reduces the need to leave the platform, speeds up order processing and reduces errors. Brightpearl Payments is also fully PCI compliant (PCI DSS level 1).
Following feedback from our customers that they would find a direct integration to Paypal Business useful, we have added this functionality to the Brightpearl Payments suite of payment gateways. Not only that, but Brightpearl Payments now also allows you to generate ‘click to pay’ links for quotes and invoices, as well as use within web portal.
February 2018 | Email "pay now" links with invoices
"Pay now" links can be added to quotes, orders and invoices which are emailed to customers. When the customer clicks the link they will be able to make a secure payment which is automatically captured in Brightpearl to mark the quote, order or invoice as paid.
