We provide a number of ways for you to discover which Brightpearl accounts have installed your app.
1. You may choose to supply us with install and uninstall callback URLs so that you’re notified when a customer installs/uninstalls your app.
2. You can use the installed account API to get a list of accounts and their tokens.
3. You can also view this information by logging into your account at developer.brightpearl.com, browsing to the app’s page, and selecting “Customer accounts” on the right-hand side:
You’ll then be able to see a list of accounts and their tokens, and whether they currently have your app enabled or disabled.
