You can manage personal information using the menu available when you hover over your user name at the top of the screen.
The "My alerts" link will take you to the channel alerts page (also known as the "integration events log"). The screen will display any unread channel alerts for all channels.
Note that you can also access these alerts from within the Channels menu, by clicking the number in the orange circle next to the channel name. Accessing the page this way will filter it by the channel in question.
You can change your password at any time by clicking "My Password".
You’ll see a button that will send you an email to reset your password. Follow the steps in the email to complete your password reset.
Click "My details" to open a modal window that displays your contact details. You can edit or update your details in this window. Email addresses can only be updated by users with permission to access settings and staff setup.
Click "My events" to view a list of the tasks created by you or assigned to you by others. Use this as your daily "things to do" list.
Use the notepad to jot down anything you want to keep safe online. It's private to your login and handy for capturing stuff you don't have any other place for.
Click "My apps" to view a list of apps you are authorized to use.
Click "Background tasks" to view all actions you have requested that take place in the background, e.g. batch allocation of stock, batch fulfillment or batch order status updates.
Here you can view the status of each request and see any errors which may have occurred.
Use the quick links to view your personal Brightpearl calendar by day, week or month view. In this view you can see your tasks and add new tasks by clicking a space on the calendar.
This is where you can enter your personal expense claims.
Use this to fully log out of Brightpearl and end your session successfully.
