With Brightpearl Retail Benchmarking you can view a snapshot of your business's performance in the previous year and compare it against industry datasets, enabling you to identify strengths and weaknesses within your organization.
Connect advertising and marketing channels along with your Brightpearl and Shopify account in order to combine all your data into a single source of truth.
The following data sources are currently supported:
- Brightpearl: Order, customer and revenue data is pulled from Brightpearl, ensuring that sales from all selling channels are included in the report.
- Shopify: Sales data and marketing data from Shopify is used to show a comprehensive view of revenue, customer and marketing performance across all key ecommerce KPIs.
- Google Analytics: Data from Google Analytics is used to generate metrics on advertising ROI, traffic and conversation rates.
- Google Ads: Marketing KPIs are driven by data from Google Ads and Facebook.
- Facebook: As above.
Once the channels are connected, a Benchmark report can be generated to reveal metrics for sales, marketing, traffic and customers.
