Widgets / tiles
A sum of all revenue, less Cost of Goods Sold.
A sum of the cost fields across all orders. This represents the ‘Order row cost’ field from Brightpearl, shown here. When orders are first created, this is populated using the cost price list of the order, and then once you ship items Brightpearl will update it with the asset cost of the inventory used to ship (which are governed by FIFO, and may vary from what’s on the price list).
Gross revenue - tax - cost
The total number of orders placed, regardless of fulfilment or shipping status. By default this will include returns, though you can use the order status filters to remove them.
