POS | How to enrol a customer into a loyalty campaign

  1. Tap on the customer’s name, “View / edit” and then on the Loyalty tab. Then select “Add card”.

  2. You have the option to enrol the customer onto a loyalty campaign by using an existing physical loyalty card or not. If you select the physical card option, you need to scan or type in the unique loyalty card code.

  3. Once you select “Save”, if the loyalty code is valid, the customer is enrolled into the loyalty program.

  4. The newly added loyalty program/card is immediately seen at the customer’s loyalty cards’ list.

  5. If you choose to add a card without a physical card, then POS provides the available campaigns that the customer is not already a member of.

  6. You can select the campaign and “Save” in order to enrol the customer to the loyalty program.

  7. Since this enrolment was not based on a physical card, POS prints the loyalty card code for the customer’s reference. Please note that all loyalty cards added to customer’s profile are available in POS once the customer is added to the basket.v42.png
  8. In the printed receipt, we can see the newly added loyalty card.
