If you need to edit a customer's loyalty points balance or expiry date, follow these steps:
- In the basket, tap on the customer's name and tap "View/edit"
- Tap on the "Loyalty" tab, then tap on the card and choose “Edit card”
- In the modal that comes up, tap on the card points to edit them and on the expiry date to add, change or remove it
- Once the edits have been made, tap "Update"
- POS will ask you to confirm your changes. Tap "Update" again to confirm them.
- POS will then confirm that the changes have been made successfully.
- You will immediately see the new points and/or expiry date for the cards listed.
- In the printed receipt, you will see updates for all the customer’s loyalty cards.
