POS | How to update a customer’s loyalty card balance and expiry date

If you need to edit a customer's loyalty points balance or expiry date, follow these steps:

  1. In the basket, tap on the customer's name and tap "View/edit"
  2. Tap on the "Loyalty" tab, then tap on the card and choose “Edit card”
  3. In the modal that comes up, tap on the card points to edit them and on the expiry date to add, change or remove it

  4. Once the edits have been made, tap "Update"
  5. POS will ask you to confirm your changes. Tap "Update" again to confirm them.
  6. POS will then confirm that the changes have been made successfully.
  7. You will immediately see the new points and/or expiry date for the cards listed.

  8. In the printed receipt, you will see updates for all the customer’s loyalty cards.
