POS | How to update a customer’s loyalty card balance and expiry date

  1. To edit a customer’s loyalty card balance and/or expiry date, when at the loyalty tab of their profile, tap on the card and select “Edit card”.
  2. On the modal, tap on the card points to edit them and on the expiry date to set it up or remove it.

  3. Then select “Update”.
  4. POS asks you to confirm those changes, so if you are happy, tap “Update” again.
  5. POS confirms that the changes have been made successfully.
  6. You can immediately see the new points and/or expiry date at the cards listed.

  7. In the printed receipt, we can see today’s updates for all the customer’s loyalty cards.
