The homepage of Demand Planner contains several widgets with visualizations of your key metrics. It can be accessed by selecting Overview from the left side menu.
The overview report can be filtered by a specific warehouse, or to view all warehouses.
Stock
The stock widget lists:
- The total number of variants (products) in Demand Planner
- How many of those variants are in stock
- The total number of units in stock across all variants
- The total value of those units
- The retail value of those units
The donut chart on the right breaks the retail value down by the vendor who supplies the goods. Hovering over each segment will give you the stock retail value for that vendor along with the vendor name.
Purchases
The purchases widget lists:
- The number of purchase orders with a status of 'open' or 'partially received'
- How many of those purchase orders have bypassed their expected received date
- How many units of stock are on order
- The total value of those units
- The retail value of those units
The donut chart on the right breaks the cost of on order units down by the vendor who supplies the goods. Hovering over each segment will give you the cost for that vendor along with the vendor name.
Replenishment
If filtered to view all warehouses, you will see a dashboard displaying the top warehouses that need replenishment:
If filtered to view a specific warehouse, you will see a widget displaying the top variants that need replenishment in that warehouse:
There is also a widget which sums up the replenishment data:
Listing the total number of units to be replenished, what they cost, and how much they would sell for.

Forecast
There is a widget displaying a sales forecast:
It lists:
- The number of units projected to fulfill wholesale orders
- The projected revenue from those orders
- The total number of units projected to fulfill all orders
- The total projected revenue from all orders
Hovering over the chart will display the projected units to sell per month.

Overstock
As with the replenishment widgets, there are two widgets describing overstocked products.
The overstock widget lists the total number of overstocked products, the total number of overstocked units, what they cost, and how much they would sell for.
If filtered to view all warehouses, you will see a dashboard displaying the top warehouses that contain overstocked products, and if filtering to a specific warehouse, you will see a dashboard displaying the top overstocked variants in that warehouse.

Bestsellers and sales
The final widgets relate to sales and inventory KPIs.
The best sellers widget displays information on what products sell the best. You can view the best selling products, the vendors whose products sell best, and the best selling categories.
The sales widget displays information on the number of orders placed in the time period selected, how many units were on the orders, the cost of goods sold and the revenue from those orders.
